Privacy policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

This policy applies to the dplyz website and inquiries sent through it. dplyz is operated by Dployers, an Arizona limited liability company. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean the Dployers team operating dplyz. For privacy questions or requests, email support@dployers.com.

Information you provide

Our contact form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, inquiry type and message. You may also provide your organization and position or role. We record your email-contact agreement, acceptance of the Terms of Service and their version, and SMS choice, the wording presented, the time of submission and the page the request came from.

Messages you send directly by email also include the information you choose to share. Please send only what we need to understand your inquiry. Use an agreed secure channel for passwords, access keys, payment information, health records or other sensitive project data.

Website and security information

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. It processes technical request information needed to provide and protect the service, such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection signals to distinguish people from automated traffic. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and its Turnstile privacy addendum.

We store your cookie preferences in your browser for 180 days. Analytics and advertising technologies are described below. For visits identified as coming from the United States, analytics and advertising start on unless you have opted out. Elsewhere, or when your location is unknown, they start off until you enable them. Our hosting provider supplies country-level information for these defaults. Closing the notice keeps your current settings and is not recorded as consent. A browser’s Global Privacy Control signal keeps advertising off. The Cookie policy explains the storage in use and provides access to Cookie settings.

Analytics and advertising

We may use PostHog, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram, TikTok Pixel and similar tools to understand site usage, improve the experience, measure inquiries and advertising results, and build or reach relevant audiences.

When enabled, these tools may process page visits, interaction and conversion events, referral and campaign information, browser and device details, IP addresses and online identifiers. Advertising partners may combine events from this site with information from their services for measurement, audience matching or personalized advertising. PostHog session replay, if enabled, can capture how someone moves through and interacts with a page; recording behavior depends on the features and privacy settings used.

The Cookie policy describes these technologies and their purposes, links to provider information, and explains how to manage your preferences. Their use is subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to reply, understand the work you are considering, arrange conversations and manage the resulting business relationship. We use technical information to operate the website, investigate problems and prevent abuse. Consent records help us respect and document your communication choices.

Where a legal basis is required, these purposes may involve taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and securing the site, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent where required. Optional SMS contact depends on your separate choice.

Email and SMS choices

Submitting the form allows us to respond about your inquiry. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in, messages concern your inquiry; frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to stop SMS messages or HELP for help, or contact support@dployers.com. You can ask us to stop optional email follow-ups by replying to the email.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting delivery may process that information to provide the service.

Who receives information

Inquiries go to the Dployers team handling dplyz requests. The contact form uses Resend to deliver the message, including the contact details and consent record, to our business inbox. Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver, store and secure those communications. See Resend’s privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising technologies may disclose online identifiers, device information and website activity to advertising partners for measurement, audience matching or personalized advertising. Depending on the applicable law, these disclosures may constitute a sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where applicable, you have the right to opt out; use the advertising preference in our Cookie settings or email support@dployers.com to make a privacy request. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to address fraud, protect rights or respond to a security incident. Client project data is governed by the relevant service agreement and any applicable data-processing terms.

Retention, security and processing locations

Inquiry correspondence and consent records may remain in our business email systems while needed to handle the inquiry, maintain the business relationship or meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the record and its purpose; the 180-day cookie preference period is not an email retention period. Contact us to request deletion of information associated with your inquiry.

Our team and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. We use security controls appropriate to the website and its contact process, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email support@dployers.com with your request and the email address you used to contact us. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

Children and other websites

This is a business-services website, not a service directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Linked third-party websites have their own privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our website practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before using information for a new purpose. Questions can be sent to support@dployers.com.
