Cookie policy

dplyz is a Dployers company. This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on this site. For information about contact details and other personal information, read the dplyz privacy policy.

What cookies and browser storage do

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can remember information between visits. We use local storage to remember your privacy choice.

Necessary storage and security

ItemPurposeDuration
dplyz.cookie-preferences
First-party local storage
Remembers your cookie choice and the version of the notice you saw. This is necessary preference storage.Honored for 180 days. The notice appears again after expiry. Saved refusals are preserved across preference updates; changes that require renewed permission prompt a new choice. The stored record remains until replaced or cleared in your browser.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Contact-form security
Checks whether a contact request is likely to come from a person. Cloudflare processes browser and technical information for this security check.A verification token expires after five minutes and can be used once. Our integration does not enable Turnstile pre-clearance cookies.

Turnstile loads on the contact page. It is a security service, not an advertising tool. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and its Turnstile privacy addendum for information about that processing.

Analytics and advertising

We may use analytics, advertising and tag-management tools to understand how people find and use dplyz, improve the site, measure inquiries and campaign performance, and reach relevant audiences. These tools may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies.

ToolPurpose
PostHogUnderstand page visits, interactions and the steps leading to an inquiry. If enabled, session replay can help us identify usability problems. PostHog privacy controls.
Google AnalyticsMeasure traffic sources, page use and conversions, such as completed contact inquiries. How Google uses information from partner sites.
Google Tag ManagerManage the deployment of analytics and advertising tags. Each tag’s purpose determines its category; using a tag manager does not make optional tracking necessary. Google consent controls.
Google AdsMeasure advertising conversions and support remarketing and campaign optimization. Google advertising technologies.
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram)Measure ad-driven visits and actions, build remarketing audiences and improve advertising performance. Meta cookie policy.
TikTok PixelMeasure campaign results, match website actions to ad interactions and support remarketing audiences. TikTok Pixel cookies.

Depending on the tool and configuration, these integrations may process page URLs, referral sources, campaign parameters, browser and device details, IP addresses, cookie or device identifiers, and events such as page views, clicks and completed inquiries. Advertising providers may associate these events with information from their own services to measure or personalize advertising.

Cookie names, storage duration and enabled features vary by provider and configuration. Some identifiers last for a browsing session; others persist across visits. The provider information linked above explains their technologies and available controls. The 180-day duration for our preference record does not describe the retention period of analytics or advertising data. We update this policy when our use of these technologies materially changes.

For visits identified as coming from the United States, analytics and advertising start on unless you have opted out. For other locations, or when we cannot determine your location, optional categories start off until you enable them. We use country-level information from our hosting provider to select these defaults. You can accept optional cookies, reject them, or change individual categories in Cookie settings. Closing the notice keeps the current settings; it is not recorded as consent. We honor a browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by keeping advertising off. You can manage your preferences using Cookie settings above, and contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights.

Your choices

Necessary storage supports the privacy choice and security functions described above. It cannot be switched off in the preference panel. You can turn analytics and advertising preferences off individually, or turn both off together. Changes save automatically as you make them. Closing the notice or settings panel keeps the current settings. A dismissal is recorded as a dismissal, not an affirmative consent action. Previously saved choices to turn a category off are preserved. Default settings are kept separate from your explicit choices, so a dismissal does not become an opt-in when you visit from a different location.

You can reopen the settings using the Cookie settings control above at any time. You can also clear site data in your browser. If you clear or block preference storage, the notice may appear again. Blocking security resources may prevent the contact form from sending; you can still email us directly.
